The Five Pillars for localisation, capacity building, technology adoption and co-creation for productivity of services for industry:

  • Malaysian Industry Trust Mark (MITM)
  • Professional Mobility
  • Capacity Building & QTVET
  • Technology Adoption
  • Trade Connectivity & Market Access

About This Event

AIFTIS 2026
3–4 Nov | MITI Hall, Kuala Lumpur

Organised by MSPC and supported by MITI, AIFTIS is Malaysia's national platform for the localisation and mobility of trade in services. In 2025, AIFTIS built the platform with MITI and industry support, establishing the Five Pillars as the foundation for industry champions under MPC's 14 Productivity Nexuses.

In 2026, AIFTIS activates the platform at scale through the China Malaysia Intelligent Industry Expo (CMIIE), bringing mature technologies into Malaysia through a trusted localisation pathway that connects them with Malaysian industry, standards and talent. Ten CMIIE exhibitors present on the CMIIE Tech Arena across both days.

Over two days, keynotes, panels, roundtables and workshops bring together regulatory and statutory bodies, industry associations, universities and educators, and invite ASEAN partners to adopt the framework for their own markets, starting with Lao PDR.

AIFTIS 2026 will be officiated by the Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry.
